The massage treatments ("Professional Services") are delivered by individual self-employed Independent Therapists, not by Lifeforce Massage Ltd. itself.
We act solely as an introducer and booking agent for Independent Therapists.
The contract for the Professional Service is between you and the Independent Therapist.
When you make a booking, you may be presented with the Independent Therapist's own terms and conditions.
These terms govern the Professional Service provided to you.
Lifeforce Massage Ltd. is not a party to these service-delivery terms but remains responsible for its own obligations under Our Terms.

You will be charged 100% of the Treatment Fee if you:

In exceptional situations beyond your control, we may consider waiving the fee at our sole discretion.

Although we carry out basic checks, we do not guarantee the suitability, behaviour, or performance of any Therapist.
You must exercise reasonable caution as you would when allowing any service contractor into your home.

If you display signs of a contagious illness (including COVID-19 symptoms), you must reschedule.

All content, branding, logos, designs and text on Our Site belong to Lifeforce Massage Ltd. or its licensors.
You do not gain any rights over our intellectual property by using Our Site.
